With 27 years in personal training and sports medicine, I’ve helped everyone from elite athletes to everyday individuals recover, perform, and thrive. I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and spent over a decade as the top trainer at Life Time Athletic in Columbia, MD.
I specialize in rehabilitation and corrective exercise, ranging from cardiac recovery to post-joint replacement care, and I'm dedicated to designing personalized programs tailored to your unique needs.

Justin Wilkins - Manager
Justin brings nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, combining deep expertise with a genuine passion for movement and performance. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Exercise Science, he has worked across multiple disciplines, from strength training and corrective exercise to athletic performance.
Outside the gym, Justin is an avid hiker and a nationally ranked Olympic weightlifting competitor, bringing the same discipline and energy he applies to his personal pursuits into every client session. Whether you're chasing strength goals or just looking to move better and feel stronger, Justin delivers results with focus, purpose, and a love for the journey.

Courtney Alexander - Trainer
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I’ve proudly called Maryland home since 2017. My career in fitness began in 2010 as a personal trainer, and over the years, I’ve gained experience in both one-on-one and group fitness settings, ultimately returning to personalized coaching—where I find the greatest impact and fulfillment.
With a background spanning behavioral change, pre/postnatal fitness, and senior populations, I bring a well-rounded, inclusive approach to every client I work with. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable, accessible, and empowering, no matter your starting point or experience level.
Fitness can often feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a positive, supportive environment, encouraging clients to take it one workout, one step at a time. It's incredibly rewarding to help individuals transform—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—and to be part of that journey every step of the way.

Carlos Guerrero - Trainer
I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY, and have called Maryland home since 2017. With nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness space, my journey started early—playing sports throughout my youth, which sparked my passion for movement and performance. That passion led me to earn a degree in Sport & Exercise Science.
While still in college, I began coaching—collaborating with teammates to design training programs, which eventually led to a strength & conditioning internship at Fordham University. Since then, I’ve been committed to helping clients of all levels become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
My goal is to make fitness fun, effective, and sustainable—so you enjoy the process as much as the results.
